As a volunteer during the Legal Design Summit, you will be involved in a variety of essential tasks to ensure the event's success.
During the main event, your role as a volunteer will be crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of the summit. This will include assisting with LDS teams, stage preparation, event registration, guiding attendees, helping with event logistics, supporting speakers and presenters, providing tech assistance, and facilitating networking activities.
Volunteering at Brainfactory offers a dynamic experience where you'll work closely with team leads to support various tasks. Whether it's assisting with brainstorming sessions, coordinating materials, managing timekeeping, or providing logistical support, your flexible and helpful approach will contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of innovation.
Volunteers taking care of guest relations will be the friendly faces representing the Legal Design Summit. You will act as points of contact for speakers and guests, ensuring their comfort and addressing any needs that arise. From coordinating transportation to providing event information, your exceptional service-oriented attitude, fluency in English (and additional language skills, if available), will make guests feel welcomed and well-cared-for throughout their stay in Helsinki.
The Legal Design Summit week is in Helsinki, Finland, 11-15 September 2023. The Brainfactory takes place on 11-13 September 2023 and the main event 14-15 September 2023. Whether you're available for the entire week, a few days, or even just a few hours, we welcome you to join as a volunteer.
Please note that in order to volunteer during the Legal Design Summit week you have to be able to be physically present in Helsinki, Finland. While the Legal Design Summit cannot cover expenses for volunteers, we are delighted to offer you a complimentary pass for the Legal Design Summit week. This pass grants you access to all the enriching sessions and activities during the event.
